Shipping Information
At Happy Town Pets - we know your pets are hungry and want their treats, chews, food and products as soon as possible.
We aim to delivery as quick as possible so that your pet remains happy.
Local Shipping in Singapore
Free shipping on all orders over $35 or a flat fee of $4 for all other orders.
Your orders usually take between 1 - 3 business days from order date.
We dispatch all order before 1pm and attempt to get a next day delivery where possible (except weekends)
International Shipping
- International orders are delivered via our logistics partners and may take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 working days depending on the country.
- For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
- Delivery internationally starts at $3.
