Shipping & Self Collection (Pickup)

At Happy Town Pets, we try and offer simple and effective choices on shipping.

We offer delivery, Same day delivery and Self collection.

We know your pets are hungry and want their treats, chews, food and products as soon as possible, so we aim to dispatch all orders same day before 2pm.

Our freight to your door is 100%  carbon offset

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) our handling times may increase by a day or two as we process our orders as quickly as possible. Local Shipping

Free shipping for all orders over $35 or a flat fee of $4 for all other orders within Singapore.

We offer Standard delivery service.  Deliveries should be received within 3-4 days from order. 

 

Same Day Shipping

For urgent orders, we can arrange same day shipping. Simply add the same day shipping product to your order and we can dispatch via Grab or LaLa Move within 4 hours.

International Shipping

  1. International orders are delivered via our logistics partners and may take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 working days depending on the country. 
  2. For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
  3. Delivery internationally starts at $3.

 

Delivery Terms

  1. We will aim to process all orders same day and deliver within 1-3 working days.
  2. Sunday there is no deliveries due to courier services
  3. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  4. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
